These numbered blurb tabs use, you guessed it, the blurb module. I used CSS Grid for this layout so the tabs stack in order on tablet and mobile rather than left, then right column. All the CSS is in the custom CSS section in the advanced tabs of the modules and the column. Text and colours adjusted in the modules themselves.
